If you’re reading this, chances are you’re also a believer in the Law of Attraction. This philosophy suggests that positive thoughts can manifest positive outcomes in your life, while negative thoughts may lead to negative results. In essence, maintaining a positive mindset can attract more success and happiness across various aspects of life.
Back in high school, I was introduced to the concept through “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. That’s where I first learned about the Law of Attraction and began incorporating it into my daily routine. It’s amazing how a simple shift in mindset can make a big difference, right?
3 Steps on How to Use the Law of Attraction
Take note that this is not a real guide but these are the steps on what I did to experience the Law of Attraction.
- Ask
I’ll admit, I was skeptical about the Law of Attraction at first. The idea of manifesting things just by thinking about them seemed a bit far-fetched to me. But hey, I figured there was no harm in giving it a shot, right? So, I started with small, trivial things.
I’d think to myself, “I hope I don’t get called for recitation today,” or “It would be nice to end up on the 7th team instead of the 1st.” Little did I know, these small experiments started opening my mind to the power of positive thinking.
- Believe
This part can be really tricky. The key is wholeheartedly believing that what you want will happen, without any doubt whatsoever. If doubt creeps in, it can derail the whole process. I’ve had moments where I doubted something, and as a result, I didn’t pursue it.
However, when I truly believe something is within reach, I repeat it to myself multiple times. For instance, when I wanted a VIP ticket for a concert that always sells out in seconds due to luck and internet speed, I kept repeating my desire and convinced myself that I would get it. This positive reinforcement and unwavering belief can make a surprising difference.
- Receive
The final step is the most fulfilling and thrilling part of the whole process—receiving what you asked for. This is where your trust in the Law of Attraction gets validated.
In theory, the three steps seem simple. But the moment doubts creep in, success becomes uncertain. It’s important to remember that negative thoughts carry more weight than positive ones. A single negative thought has the power to derail everything, so it’s crucial to stay focused on the positive aspects as much as possible.
